Service launch
Sampled Expands Oncology Portfolio with Two New Tumor Profiling Services
Sampled is introducing two new tumor profiling services designed to provide complementary DNA- and RNA-level insights into tumor biology. Together, they enable broader characterization of genomic variants, copy number changes, and oncogenic fusions across a wide range of tumor types.
DNA Comprehensive Tumor Profiling Service
Powered by the Twist CGP panel, this service provides targeted genomic profiling across 560 cancer-associated genes. The assay detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (indels), copy number variants (CNVs), and select gene fusions across major tumor types.
RNA Fusion Tumor Profiling Service
Powered by the Twist Alliance CeGaT RNA Fusion panel, this service targets 160 genes across 30 cancer types and is designed for sensitive detection of both known and novel oncogenic fusions.
A More Complete View of Tumor Genomics
Used together, the two services combine DNA-level variant and copy number analysis with RNA-level fusion detection, providing a more comprehensive molecular view of each tumor and helping researchers capture alterations that may not be identified through a single profiling approach.
