John S. DelliSanti
Chief Executive Officer and Chair
John has built his career at the intersection of science and business, from his education in chemistry to his leadership today as CEO of Sampled. He has played a key role in growing life sciences organizations by developing customer-focused strategies, expanding service offerings and capabilities, and fostering collaborations that advance scientific progress. John brings a mission-driven approach to leadership, ensuring that business success is aligned with meaningful impact for researchers, clinicians, and the broader life sciences community.
Shareef A. Nahas
PhD, ABMGG, FACMGG. Chief Scientific Officer
Shareef brings deep expertise in genomics and laboratory operations, with senior leadership experience at Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine, Genoptix (Novartis), and Ambry Genetics. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Toxicology from UCLA and completed a Clinical Molecular Genetics Fellowship through the UCLA Intercampus Laboratory Genetics, Genomics, and Medical Training Program. Shareef has authored or co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
Nick Mitropoulos
Chief Commercial Officer
Nick is an accomplished commercial leader with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling global sales and marketing organizations in the life sciences industry. He has held senior leadership roles at Quanterix, Taconic Biosciences, PerkinElmer, and other pioneering life sciences companies, where he drove international growth and developed high-performing commercial teams. As Chief Commercial Officer at Sampled, Nick leads the company’s global sales and marketing strategy, strengthening client partnerships and expanding access to the services that accelerate scientific progress.
Larry Stabler
Chief Financial Officer
Larry is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience guiding private and public companies through growth, transformation, and change. He has held senior leadership roles across multiple professional services, technology, and life sciences, with a focus on financial strategy, operational efficiency, and acquisition integration. At Sampled, Larry serves as Chief Financial Officer, ensuring that financial and business operations support the company’s mission and long-term success.
Mary Storella
Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Mary has more than 20 years of legal and business development experience in the healthcare industry. She most recently served as Vice President, Senior Counsel of Corporate Transactions at Celgene, where she was lead counsel on key strategic transactions, including Celgene’s acquisition of Juno Therapeutics and its merger with Bristol-Myers Squibb. Previously, she held senior business development and legal roles at Merck, advancing high-value corporate and strategic initiatives.
Isabella Britton
Chief People Officer
Isabella is a human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She most recently served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Celgene, where she partnered with senior executives to deliver HR strategy and support across global clinical development, medical, and information technology functions. Prior to Celgene, Isabella held a range of HR leadership roles at Merck and Schering-Plough, supporting global marketing, market access, and information technology teams.
