This Privacy Notice describes how Sampled (“we”, “us”, “our”) may collect and use personal information relating to you (Personal Data) when you use this website (www.sampled.com) or to provide and improve our Services. Below we will explain your privacy rights and the policies we have in place to comply with the applicable regulations.

What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following types of Personal Data:
- Directly from you: Personal identifiers, contact details and information you provide us in person or through electronic means.
- Automatically when you visit this website: or “Usage Data” which may include information such as your electronic device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
- Tracking Technologies and Cookies: we use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on this website and store certain information in accordance with our Cookie Policy. You can change your Cookies preference settings at any time here.
- Indirectly from clients and partners: We may act as “Processors” when we process Personal Data on behalf of our clients and business partners acting as controllers (Controllers). When we act as Processors we will only process Personal Data in accordance with the Controllers’ instructions.

We will only process Personal Data when we have one of the following legal basis to rely on:

What we do with the information we have
We use your Personal Data in order to:
(a) offer you our services,
(b) reply to an enquiry or a request you made,
(c) provide or improve our services to you or to Controllers of your Personal Data.
We may share this information with our vendors, contractors and partners, as the case may be. We will only share your Personal Data when the recipients have provided adequate level of protection to their processing activities.
We have in place appropriate safeguards for restricted international transfers from our UK entity.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in our physical and cloud servers based in the UK and in the US, as appropriate.
We keep your Personal Data only for the period permitted by the applicable regulations. We will then dispose your information by secure means.

You have rights in relation to the information we hold about you, which under certain circumstances may include:

right to object to processing – the the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
right to data portability – the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you.
You are normally not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we will respond to you within one calendar month.
