Sampled and AutoGen have partnered to expand access to specialized nucleic acid extraction technologies that complement Sampled’s robust in-house workflows. Through this partnership, Sampled will refer to AutoGen samples for unique or challenging projects—such as those involving rare sample types, unusual input volumes, or specialized extraction chemistries. AutoGen will refer clients requiring large-scale extractions, analytical testing, or multiomic characterization directly to Sampled to leverage its integrated laboratory infrastructure and biorepository services. The niche workflows provided by AutoGen will serve as an upstream complement to Sampled’s comprehensive laboratory and data generation services, ensuring that all downstream characterization and sequencing remain within Sampled’s integrated analytical ecosystem.

Efficient nucleic acid extraction remains a critical foundation for advanced applications like next-generation sequencing (NGS), proteomics, and cell-based discovery. Sampled performs a wide range of extractions internally as part of its integrated “sample-to-discovery” model, which includes sample collection, cellular processing, multiomic sequencing, iPSC generation, histology, spatial genomics, bioinformatics, and biobanking.

Together, Sampled and AutoGen expand the range of extraction methods available to researchers while preserving the continuity of an integrated analytical laboratory and biorepository environment. This partnership ensures that clients can access the right extraction tools for each unique scientific challenge—whether through Sampled’s in-house workflows or specialized instrumentation from AutoGen—without ever compromising data integrity or chain of custody.
