Upon arrival at Sampled, samples undergo a meticulous inspection for any damage or breakage, with immediate client notification if issues arise. Sample registration in our LIMS is expedited using client-provided or manually generated manifests. A rigorous data quality control process ensures that all information matches. This registration and validation process usually occurs on the same day as receipt. Subsequently, samples proceed for storage or immediate processing, facilitated by courtesy emails to alert the relevant technicians. On request by clients, samples can be retrieved and shipped back to the client or destroyed.

Our internal laboratory information management system (LIMS) ensures accurate, secure, and easily accessible data. Data generated from our analytical services is expertly handled by our in-house bioinformatics team. Information for samples stored in our biorepository is meticulously recorded. This encompasses sample barcoding, physical descriptors, sample type, and storage location. We ensure data safety through robust security measures, providing easy accessibility through SampledSphere whenever you need it. Data associated with your sample/project is securely stored and always accessible to our clients. We also offer data removal services post-project, putting you in control of your data at Sampled.
