Bioinformatics
Sampled offers bioinformatics analysis and custom reporting services, tailoring sequencing and microarray data analysis to individual client needs for seamless integration and maximum research insights.
What Are Sampled’s Bioinformatics Services?
Sampled offers expert-level bioinformatics analysis and custom bioinformatics reporting to suit our client’s needs.
Bioinformatics Analysis
To perform precise bioinformatics analyses, expertise across an evolving skill set is essential. Sampled’s team of experts excels in delivering top-tier bioinformatics analyses, handling vast datasets, and extracting crucial insights. Our team of bioinformaticians can handle any dataset from any analysis pipeline we offer here at Sampled, leaving you free to plan the next step of your project.
Sampled obtains data from its in-house analytics pipeline or directly from clients. The data is securely stored on the laboratory information management system (LIMS) and can be accessed through SampledSphere. Sampled offer extensive data storage, ensuring clients are not burdened by storage limitations. Tailored data analysis meets client-specific requirements, which can vary based on sequencing or array types. For analysis, we integrate cloud services like Illumina BaseSpace, DNAnexus, and our in-house analysis pipeline to ensure clients are getting the most from their data. Sampled’s expert team is capable of meeting diverse analysis needs efficiently.
Bioinformatics Custom Reporting
Custom reporting is an integral part of our bioinformatics services at Sampled. We understand that the applications of bioinformatics are vast, and reporting output needs to be as diverse as the analyses themselves. Our reports are tailored precisely to our clients’ needs, regardless of the application or stage of analysis. SampledSphere, our client-facing portal, ensures that raw data is seamlessly transformed to match the client’s format requirements. This streamlines the integration between our analysis and the client’s systems and reduces the need for data cleansing or reformatting on the client’s side. This emphasis on custom reporting allows our clients to obtain the most valuable insights from their research data in a format of their choice.
Sampled’s bioinformatics custom reporting service is straightforward. Clients can specify the desired data format, and Sampled’s team will precisely structure the data accordingly. In cases where clients are uncertain about data presentation, Sampled’s experts offer guidance to ensure the data is delivered in an easily interpretable format. Sampled offers customizable data output for various analysis levels. For example, next-generation genome sequencing data analysis can be categorized into four tiers, ranging from providing raw sequencing data and quality control (tier one) to meeting specific client requirements, such as assessing variant impacts in clinical trials (tier four). Data from all analysis levels is promptly accessible to clients. Sampled adheres to client specifications for data export, including file type, format, and labeling. Data is tailored to match the client’s platform and security requirements and can be directly uploaded to their portal, if available. A manifest is provided to clarify data content and storage locations, ensuring ease of access.
