Our investment in cutting edge software ensures that each sample is bar-coded and is traceable at every step of the sample’s journey from arrival, through bioprocessing and right up until it’s stored in our freezers.
We believe in treating every sample with care since one day it may be used to create therapies or drugs against a disease or be used to conceive a child. For this reason, access to our freezer storage area is restricted to all except our scientists and is secured 24 hours a day, all year round. Additionally, we also track the temperatures of our freezers, allowing us to check the temperature of any sample in real time.
Whether you require us to store ten or ten thousand samples, our ability to retrieve and send them to you takes approximately 2 weeks. This industry leading turnaround time can also be expedited in order to retrieve samples even faster for clients who require flexibility.
