Sample Data Storage

Data generated from our instruments are transferred to our Isilon based system. Our Isilon storage array currently holds approximately a petabyte of data and can be scaled up for clients who require large amounts of data to be generated and stored.

We understand the need for client integration, which is why Sampled can setup application programming interfaces (APIs) so that our information systems can directly communicate notifications to clients once their samples have been analysed or processed. Giving you reassurance that your samples are on track to being processed and stored in line with the agreed upon timescale.

For clients who require cloud-based storage solutions, for instance those working with clinical data, we are able to store data on our cloud system. This cloud system allows us to create bespoke dashboards allowing even greater detail to be shared with clients in regards to the status of samples in their processing and storage lifecycle. Moreover we can also create data feeds for clients to provide a summary of test results or storage details that can be sent directly to clients for complete transparency.

Finally, we understand that sometimes clients may want to remove data from our system due to samples expiring or consent for sample use being revoked. Our LIMS and clouds systems can email clients once sample data has been deleted to give you peace of mind.
